The Description:

Sleeve brick is a kind of flow steel brick used in the casting industry, widely used in various types of steel (including stainless steel, various alloy steel) flat cast steel, is built in the ingot bottom plate groove connecting steel bricks and ingot mold hollow firebrick. Ladle lining brick, curved lining brick, fired and unfired plug brick, cast brick, seat brick and sleeve brick of cast steel in ladle have high fire resistance, good crack resistance and strong erosion resistance. Regular appearance, smooth passageway, size, variety complete. There is no specific specification size, can be drawn processing production;

 

The production process of high aluminum sleeve brick is the same as that of high aluminum brick. A neutral refractory material with alumina content of more than 48% is made of high bauxite clinker and other raw materials with high alumina content
