The Description:

The Feature:
1, silicon ramming material has good stability, good slag resistance, long furnace age and other advantages, is the power frequency furnace, medium frequency furnace smelting bronze, copper, white copper good charge.
2, compared with other amorphous refractory materials of the same kind of material, the ramming material is dry or semi-dry loose, most of them have no bonding before forming, so only by strong ramming can obtain a dense structure.
3, most of the ramming materials made of temporary bonding agents have low strength at room temperature before sintering, and the strength can be significantly improved only when heating reaches sintering.
4, made of chemical binder and made of carbon-containing binder, after appropriate heat treatment, so that the binder has a strong bonding effect or carbonaceous compounds in it after coking to obtain high strength.
5. The fire resistance and melt erosion resistance of silica ramming materials can be obtained by selecting high-quality refractory raw materials, using the correct ratio and strong ramming. Compared with castables and plastics, it has higher stability and corrosion resistance at high temperatures.
6, silicon ramming material chemical stability is good, anti-erosion, anti-wear, anti-spalling and heat shock.
