The Description:
Non-fired high aluminum brick refers to high aluminum brick fired without high temperature. It has high resistance to shock. The high temperature structural strength is lower than that of fired high alumina brick. It is made of high aluminum rock soil clinker with good sintering, adding a small amount of bonding agent (such as water glass, phosphoric acid, aluminum phosphate, aluminum sulfate, aluminate cement, etc.) to mix into mud material, which is formed by high pressure molding
It is close to fired refractories in the forming process, and close to amorphous refractories in the application of bonding agents (even some books call it machine-pressed refractory concrete), which is a widely used refractory material. Non-fired high aluminum bricks are aluminum-silicon refractory products made of rock clinker with a certain amount of combined clay with A1203 content greater than 48%. European countries stipulate that the lower limit of A1203 content for non-burning high aluminum refractories is 42%. Product feature:
(1) High temperature erosion resistance
The refining ladle is very strict in terms of temperature and time, and the highest temperature often reaches more than 1750. During refining operation, the alkalinity of molten slag has a great influence on the life of refractory. The basicity of ladle refining slag varies in the range of about 0.6 ~ 0.4, so the refractories are eroded by acidic and alkaline slag with strong permeability at high temperatures and the damage rate
