The Description:
Ceramic fiber blanket is also known as aluminum silicate fiber blanket, because one of its main components is alumina, and alumina is the main component of porcelain, so it is called ceramic fiber blanket. Ceramic fiber blanket is mainly divided into ceramic fiber blowing blanket and ceramic fiber spinning blanket. Ceramic fiber spinning blanket is better than ceramic fiber blowing blanket in heat preservation because of its long fiber and small thermal conductivity. Most insulation pipeline construction uses ceramic fiber silk blanket.

The characteristics of ceramic fiber blanket :

 

1. Ceramic fiber blanket is formed by double-sided needling process of special aluminum silicate ceramic fiber filament. After double-sided needling process, the degree of interweaving, anti-delamination, tensile strength and surface flatness of the fiber are greatly improved. The fiber blanket does not contain any organic binder to ensure that the ceramic fiber blanket has good manufacturability and stability under high and low temperature conditions.

 

2, white color, regular size, set fire, heat insulation, heat preservation in one. Does not contain any bond. It can maintain good tensile strength, toughness and fiber structure when used for a long time in a neutral and oxidizing atmosphere. The temperature is 950-1400ºC.

 

3, ceramic fiber blanket has low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, excellent chemical stability, excellent thermal stability, and shock resistance, excellent tensile strength, excellent sound absorption, insulation refractory material in the excellent material.
