The Description:

Anchor brick plays an important role in the construction of vertical wall, which can improve the integrity of vertical wall.
The alumina content of anchored brick is above 55%, and the alumina content of high-quality anchored brick can reach 75%, and the load softening temperature of this kind of brick body can reach 1550ºC, which is an excellent firebrick product. However, under normal circumstances, the alumina content is 55%, because the flexibility of the anchor brick with 55% content is better.
In addition, it should be noted that the anchored brick is used for anchoring refractory castable, and the performance of the anchored brick should be consistent with the castable material, and the expansion and contraction should be consistent, so as to form a close combination with the castable and extend the life of the furnace lining.

Corundum Andalusite Anchor Brick for Heating Furnace is made from white fused alumina,special grade bauxite,andalusite,mullite,flint clay as mian raw material,added with little amount of soft clay,shaped by high pressure and sintered at high temperature.The main mineral constituent includes mullite and corundum,with excellent thermal stability at high temperature.
The arrangement and masonry of anchor bricks during use should follow the following principles:
1, the arrangement of anchoring bricks should be determined according to the range and frequency of temperature change and the size of the face wall area, usually should not be less than 6 pieces /m2.
2. The anchoring bricks must be carefully checked before masonry. If the anchoring bricks have cracks at the anchoring holes that affect the overall strength of the anchoring bricks, they cannot be used and should be resolutely abandoned.
3, when laying to close to the position of the anchor brick, should take the trouble to determine the exact position of the anchor brick in advance, is to use the wire brush to thoroughly clean the welding part of the metal shell, the welding rod is used in the welding part, and the anchor pipe is firmly welded.
4. Insert the anchor hook after the anchoring brick is completed, and fill the air raid with refractory fiber felt and plug it tightly to form a certain protection for the anchoring parts.
