The Description:
Tundish coating is made of high quality magnesia, magnesia calcium sand, dolomite, etc. as the main raw materials, by optimizing the particle composition, adding binder, plasticizer, water reducing agent and explosion-proof agent. Compared with the traditional insulating plate used as tundish lining, tundish coating has the advantages of simple construction, long service life, excellent slag resistance, easy disintegration and no pollution of molten steel after use. Phosphorus free coating is specially developed for special steel such as stainless steel. This product uses a unique combination system, which can effectively prevent the phosphorus impurity pollution caused by the coating on the molten steel
