Product feature:
Stopper brick is pyroxite, graphite and high purity carbon powder were used as raw materials, 811 resin with solid content >70% was used as bonding agent, and St powder was used as antioxidant. It can be used to make blast furnace refractory. When not pouring, it blocks the water orifice to ensure no steel leakage. When pouring, the stopper rod is raised to create a gap between the stopper brick and the nozzle brick, and the molten steel flows out from the nozzle. Control the height of the stopper and adjust the outflow of molten steel. The plug brick and rod core can be fixed with thread or pin. The plug bricks may be clay, non-alumina and tar-impregnated non-alumina bricks.
