Ramming material is made of silicon carbide, graphite, electric calcined anthracite as raw materials, adding a variety of ultrafine powder additives, fused cement or composite resin as a binder. Used for filling the gap between furnace cooling equipment and masonry or masonry screed. The ramming material has good chemical stability, erosion resistance, wear resistance, spalling resistance, heat shock resistance, widely used in metallurgy, building materials, non-ferrous metal smelting, chemical industry, machinery and other manufacturing industries!
Acidic, neutral and alkaline ramming materials are widely used in coreless medium frequency furnace and cored induction furnace, as medium frequency furnace ramming materials to melt gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, calcined cast iron, vermicular cast iron and cast iron alloys, melting carbon steel, alloy steel, high manganese steel, tool steel, heat-resistant steel, stainless steel, melting aluminum and its alloys, melting copper, brass, white copper and bronze and other copper alloys.
Our total annual production capacity is about 100,000 tons of dense-shaped refractory product, and 100,000 tons of monolithic refractory product.
We have three tunnel kilns for silicon-aluminum dense bricks and one new plant for the monolithic refractory.
