Corundum Phosphate Refractory Mortar
The Description:
The preparation of corundum refractory mortar is mainly made of sintered corundum clinker or fused corundum with 57um fused corundum or industrial alumina with less than 5um as bonding agent. In order to ensure the shrinkage of refractory mud in air firing, The industrial alumina in the ingredients should not exceed 15%-20% and the content of fused corundum ultrafine powder should reach 40%-50%. The introduction of positive phosphoric acid (density 1.72g/cm3) refractory mud is 10%.

The phosphate bonded corundum refractory mortar can withstand the repeated exchange of 1300°C and cold water 40 times without cracking, and the corundum refractory mud containing about 96% alumina has a refractoriness of 2000°C, the alumina content in the long low refractory mud is 90%91%, the refractoriness range is reduced, and the starting temperature of 0.2MPa load deformation is reduced to 1580°C.
