The Description:
Anode baking furnace is one of the important equipment in the anode roasting process, and it is also the most expensive equipment in the whole roasting process. The anode baking furnace is made of different kinds of refractory materials, of which the most important part is the material box structure composed of the fire passage wall and the cross wall, the anode carbon block is installed in the material box in turn, the fuel is injected into the fire passage, the highest flue gas temperature in the fire passage is 1150ºC~1200ºC, and the heating curve is 150h~200h. The whole roasting system is divided into preheating zone, heating zone and cooling zone, and in each roasting cycle, the refractory will experience the temperature change from low temperature to high temperature, and from high temperature to low temperature, which puts forward more stringent requirements for the performance of refractory materials.

Product feature:
The content of Al2O3in carbon furnace clay bricks is generally 30%-40%, and the content of Fe2O3is less than 2.0-2.5%. Clay bricks for carbon roaster are weakly acid refractory products, which can resist the erosion of acid slag and acid gas.
