How to spray paint construction?
1, spray paint transport, pouring and tamping three steps into one, improve construction efficiency. First of all, the material is prepared according to the process requirements. There are three kinds of preparation methods: dry spraying paint, wet spraying paint and semi-dry spraying paint. The dry method is to add the spraying material to the spraying equipment without adding water, only adding some water at the nozzle. The wet process is to add water to the spray material and then stir it into a slurry. The semi-dry method is to wet the spray material with an appropriate amount of water, and then add some water to the nozzle. The semi-dry method is the most frequently used.
2, the material deployment is completed, the spray gun is aimed at the construction wall, and the spraying is maintained evenly. This process can not be rushed to success, we must spray all the walls well, do not leak. The thickness of the coating should be uniform, not too thick or too thin. Multiple layers can be sprayed according to different process requirements. After the first layer is sprayed, wait for the surface to reach a certain dry level before entering the next layer of spraying. After the completion of construction, the site will be cleaned and protected, and it can be put into use.
