The Feature:
The composition of phosphate castable is basically the same as that of ordinary castable, and the aggregate and powder are high alumina, clay, silica and magnesium. Aluminum phosphate, phosphoric acid and neutral and acidic aggregate, powder at room temperature only slow reaction, in order to harden it at room temperature, must be added hardener, such as active aluminum hydroxide, talc, ammonia fluoride, basic aluminum chloride, calcium aluminate cement and so on.
Aluminum phosphate, phosphoric acid and aggregate reaction, due to the formation of insoluble matter will lead to material production changes, that is, after storage for a period of time, the construction performance of the material will decline or even lose. When aluminum dihydrogen phosphate liquid is used as a binder, the following reaction is easy to occur quickly, causing time changes. The reaction of aluminum phosphate, phosphoric acid with the aggregate and iron in the raw material will affect the time change. The mixing mud material also has a corrosive effect on the mixing machine itself, which will lead to equipment damage, so the material must be added with inhibitors and additives with mitigating effects. Phosphate bonded castable has good thermal shock resistance, high compressive strength, good slag erosion resistance, strong impact resistance and so on. The operating temperature is 1400~1600ºC. Widely used in medium and high temperature wear-resistant parts, such as boiler combustion chamber, rotary kiln outlet, phosphoric acid furnace. In the storage and transportation of trapped material and trapped material before must not let the coagulant and castable mix, can not rain, otherwise seriously affect the quality.
