The Description:

With special bauxite clinker as the main raw material, supplemented by special additives, the low creep high alumina brick is formed by high pressure and fired at high temperature. It has the advantages of large heat storage capacity and low creep rate, and is suitable for the supporting hot blast furnace of medium and small blast furnaces.

Product feature:
1, Refractoriness: refractoriness is usually between 1600-1800ºC, which is determined by the high melting point of its main component alumina.
2. Creep rate: The creep rate of low creep high aluminum bricks is generally between 0.1-0.4%. This means that at high temperatures for a long time, the deformation of this brick is small, which helps to maintain the stability of the kiln.
3, Apparent porosity: The apparent porosity of low creep high aluminum bricks is usually between 15-25%. The apparent porosity reflects the pore distribution inside the brick, and moderate apparent porosity is helpful to improve the thermal stability and thermal shock resistance of the brick.
4, Bulk density: The bulk density of low creep high aluminum bricks is generally between 2.4-2.8g /cm³. The bulk density affects the strength and wear resistance of bricks.
5, Compressive strength: The compressive strength of low creep high aluminum bricks is usually between 50-80 MPa. The high compressive strength helps to ensure that the brick does not break or deform at high temperatures.
6, Load softening temperature: the load softening temperature of low creep high aluminum bricks is usually between 1450-1550ºC. This indicator indicates the temperature at which a brick begins to deform under a certain pressure and is very important for high temperature environments such as industrial kilns.
7, Thermal shock resistance: low creep high aluminum brick has good thermal shock resistance, can withstand the rapid temperature change in the kiln. Under normal circumstances, the thermal shock resistance is expressed by the number of thermal shocks (1100ºC water cooling), such as withstand 20-30 or more thermal shock cycles.
