Product feature:

2. Good volume stability, high temperature load creep performance, high density and low porosity. Modern blast furnace hot blast furnace usually adopts lattice brick regenerator structure.
Checker brick is mainly used in blast furnace hot blast furnace and flame furnace.
The checker bricks are mainly used in the regenerator of hot blast stove. The checker bricks with lattice holes are arranged in an orderly manner. The upper and lower holes of the lattice bricks can allow gas to pass through. According to the technical requirements of different temperature areas, siliceous lattice bricks, clay bricks, etc., are generally selected, and in some hot blast furnaces, high aluminum bricks, mullite bricks, sillimanite bricks, etc.
The role of the hot blast stove is to heat the cold air sent by the blower to the blast furnace into hot air, and then the hot air is sent to the blast furnace through the hot air tube for combustion reaction. The BF hot blast furnace has a furnace period and a air supply period, and the two working periods are rotated periodically. In the furnace period, the high temperature flue gas after combustion passes through the hole of the lattice brick of the hot blast furnace, and the heat is transferred to the lattice brick. In the air supply period, the cold air from the blower enters the hot blast furnace, is heated into hot air by the lattice brick, and is sent to the blast furnace through the hot air pipe.
