The Description:

1. Basic structure of anode baking furnace refractory lining:

(1) The "U" shaped air duct lining is generally made of clay brick masonry, followed by castable prefabricated block layer, and finally light firebrick insulation layer. The light firebrick at the bottom of the furnace is constructed by wet laying.
(2) The side wall and the refractory concrete are filled with lightweight castable.
(3) The connecting fire passage and ring flue lining can be constructed with fire-resistant spray paint.
(4) The center distance of each transverse wall, the width of the fire passage wall and the width of the material box should meet the design and construction requirements.

The content of Al2O3 in carbon furnace clay bricks is generally 30%-40%, and the content of Fe2O3 is less than 2.0-2.5%. Clay bricks for carbon roaster are weakly acid refractory products, which can resist the erosion of acid slag and acid gas.

Product feature:
1. Refractoriness:
The refractoriness of high aluminum refractory brick is higher than that of clay brick and semi-silicon brick, up to 1750~1790ºC, which is a high-grade refractory material.
2, load softening temperature:
Because the Al2O3 in high aluminum products is high, the impurity is less, the formation of fusible glass body is less, so the load softening temperature is higher than that of clay brick, but because the mullite crystallization does not form a network organization, the load softening temperature is still not high as silicon brick.
3, slag resistance:
High aluminum refractory brick Al2O3 more, close to the neutral refractory material, can resist the erosion of acidic slag and alkaline slag, because it contains SiO2, so the ability of alkali slag is weaker than the ability of acid slag.
