Product feature:
(1) High temperature erosion resistance
The refining ladle is very strict in terms of temperature and time, and the highest temperature is often more than 1750C. In the process of refining operation, the slag concentration has a great influence on the life of the refractory. The basicity of ladle refining slag varies in the range of about 0.6 0.4, so the refractories are subjected to acidic and alkaline erosion damage rates that are very permeable at high temperatures
(2) High temperature wear resistance
Various ladle refining methods use forced stirring, which is very serious for high temperature wear of the brick (3) resistance to spalling
The medium dry is intermittent operation, the temperature changes greatly, it is easy to produce heat and structure spalling, and the use conditions are very harsh. At present, there is a big gap between the performance of the ladle breathable brick seat and the performance it should have, such as in the aspects of high temperature erosion resistance and stripping resistance, especially the stripping resistance needs to be improved.
