The description:
Magnesia chrome brick with magnesium oxide (MgO) and chromium trioxide (Cr2O3) as the main components, magnesia and spinel as the main mineral components of the refractory products. This kind of brick has high refractoriness, high temperature strength, strong corrosion resistance to alkaline slag, excellent thermal stability, and certain adaptability to acidic slag. The main raw materials of magnesia-chrome brick are sintered magnesia and chromite. The purity of magnesia raw materials should be as high as possible, the chemical composition of chromite requirements are: Cr2O3:30 ~ 45%, CaO: ≤1.0 ~ 1.5%.

Export Quality Magnesia  Chrome Brick is made from high purty magnesia sand,import chrome concentrate,added with a small amount of additives,pressed by high pressure,sintered at high temperature,with high refractoriness and excellent resistant to spalling performance.it's suitable to be used in large location at high temperature and temperature and temperature flutuation part.
Application:
Magnesium-chrome brick is mainly used in metallurgical industry, such as building open furnace top, electric furnace top, furnace refining furnace and various non-ferrous metal smelting furnace. The high temperature parts of the wall of the ultra-high power electric furnace are made of magnesia chrome bricks, the high erosion area of the refining furnace outside the furnace is made of magnesia chrome bricks made of synthetic materials, and the high erosion area of the non-ferrous metal flash melting furnace is made of magnesia chrome bricks made of fused cast magnesia chrome bricks and synthetic materials.
