The Description:
Fireclay insulating brick refers to insulating refractory products with 30%~48% Al2O3 content made from fireclay as the main raw material. By using fireclay, bleach bead, fireclay clinker as raw material, adding binder and sawdust, the bulk density of 0.3~1.5g/cm3 products can be prepared through batching, mixing, molding, drying and firing, and the production capacity accounts for more than half of the total output of heat-insulating firebrick.

Application:
Clay heat insulation refractory brick is widely used in thermal equipment and industrial kiln protection insulation layer, can be used for no strong high-temperature molten material erosion and scouring parts, some direct contact with the flame surface coated with a layer of refractory coating, reduce by slag erosion and furnace gas dust erosion, reduce damage. The working temperature of the product does not exceed the test temperature of the change of the heavy burning line.
