The Description:
Fused zirconium corundum bricks belong to the Al2O3-ZrO2-SiO2 system (referred to as AZS bricks). According to the content of ZrO2, it is divided into three levels, and the corresponding brands are: AZS-33(containing ZrOz 33%> (see Figure 10-3>), AZS-36 (containing ZrO2 36%), AZS-4l (containing Zr02 41%).

2.Product feature:
The properties and properties of fused zirconium corundum brick inclined-lead stone phase can withstand the erosion of glass liquid, the glass phase can buffer the stress generated by the volume change, and can make the product maintain an airtight structure, but the number is too large, and the lower the seepage temperature, the worse the quality of the brick. The seepage of glass phase will destroy the brick structure and affect the life of the brick. Exudation will release bubbles at the same time, and may produce insoluble glass stones, seriously affecting the quality of glass.
