Among them, the former is generally clay brick, high aluminum brick and silicon carbide brick; The latter has clay and silicon carbide castable, high aluminum plastic. At present, with the continuous deepening of relevant research, the refractory formed by silicon carbide castable with phosphate has a good performance in wear resistance, so the amount of this material continues to increase in the actual waste incineration project. The amorphous refractory has excellent construction performance, and more suitable varieties can be selected according to the specific use conditions of the incinerator. For example, in mechanical grate type incinerators, there are differences in the use of refractory materials in different parts. The temperature of the feeding position is generally around 550ºC. Because the garbage will cause impact wear on the surface of the material, coupled with the garbage carrying a certain amount of water, it is easy to occur thermal stripping. Therefore, the materials used in the working layer in this area need to have better strength and thermal shock resistance. On the non-fire side, castable with good heat insulation effect should be used. In the grate at the wall, the actual temperature will usually exceed 800 ° C, and the garbage will also cause wear, so determine the area of the first layer of refractory materials should have wear resistance, resistance to high temperature smoke erosion, other base can choose a small thermal conductivity of the material. In the areas such as the front and back arches and walls of the furnace, corundum materials should be selected because they are exposed to high temperature smoke and are prone to chemical erosion. In the ash bucket area, the actual temperature is relatively low, basically maintained at around 450 ° C, but it will wear out the residual materials of waste incineration, so materials with greater strength should be selected.
