The Description:
Castable, also known as refractory castable, is a kind of granular and powdery material made of refractory material adding a certain amount of binder, with high fluidity, amorphous refractory material molded by casting. Compared with other amorphous refractories, the binder and moisture content is higher, and the fluidity is better, so the castable has a wide range of applications, and the materials and binders used can be selected according to the conditions of use. It can be used directly as a lining body, and can be used as a precast block by pouring or shaking. The high-strength wear-resisting castable is composed of high-strength aggregate and powder mineral additives, and has the characteristics of high wear-resisting loss, high strength, arbitrary shape control, strong integrity, simple construction, good construction performance and so on. High-strength and wear-resistant castable is a cement-based composite one-component dry powder mortar, which is made of high-strength cement, mineral admixture, high-strength aggregate and anti-cracking and wear-resisting agent through industrial production. High strength wear-resistant castable makes the base concrete bond firmly by adding high polymer.
