The Description:
Clay brick for ingot casting refers to the clay brick commonly used in the whole process of introducing molten steel from the steel drum to the ingot mold. It includes steel drum lining bricks and steel casting bricks (in which sleeve bricks, plug bricks, water position bricks, seat bricks, shaped pipe bricks, management center cast pipe bricks, management center bricks, flow steel bricks, flow steel tail bricks, ingot mold bottom bricks). The initial key selection of plastic method (moisture 16-20%) production of ingot clay brick. After the 1950s, marketing promoted the semi-dry production of ingot clay bricks. Compared with the two production and manufacturing methods, the semi-dry production and manufacturing process is less, the high temperature characteristics of handicrafts are good, the specifications are accurate, and the production and manufacturing cost is low, so the semi-dry production and manufacturing of ingot clay bricks are selected all over the world.

Product feature:
Runner bricks are usually rectangular hollow clay bricks with various specifications. In order to reduce the friction resistance in the whole process of liquid steel flow and avoid steel leakage, it is stipulated that the inner holes of flow steel bricks are smooth, the appearance design is neat, and the joints are firm. The flow steel brick is the application of hollow corundum brick connecting the steel brick and the ingot mold in the pipe groove of the ingot base plate, and the related refractory brick, alias Tang road brick.
Flow steel bricks are used in a variety of alloy structural steels (including stainless steel plates, carbon steel) for tablet casting steel. The product has high fire resistance, strong fragmentation resistance and strong adhesion resistance. Neat appearance, smooth passageway, precise specifications, high quality. Production of ladle lining bricks, curved lining bricks, fired and unfired plug head bricks, cast brick, seat brick and sleeve brick for casting steel parts in ladle.
Ladle lining brick
Technical characteristics of clay lining bricks in steel drums: the high temperature molten steel is poured into the drum, and the lining is subjected to large erosion and thermal shock effect and the organic chemical deposition of molten steel and slag in the drum. Therefore, clay lining bricks should have low residue, dense and accurate appearance specifications, and obtain higher thermal physical properties than ordinary clay bricks when fired at high temperatures
Sleeve brick
It is characterized by heat shock resistance, low thermal conductivity, no cracking in the whole process of pouring steel, no broken rod.
Plug head brick and water position brick
The brick is located at the throat of the ingot, which is eroded by the vortex of molten steel, and the corrosion is the most severe, so the quality of the brick is maximum.
