Product feature:
1. Refractoriness; The refractoriness of high aluminum brick is higher than that of clay brick and semi-silicon brick, up to 1750-1790ºC.
2, soft load temperature: Because the aluminum oxide content in high aluminum brick products is high, less impurities, the formation of fusible glass body is less, so the soft load temperature is higher than the clay brick, the soft load temperature of high aluminum products is generally above 1420-1550ºC. However, because the mullite crystals did not form a network structure, the soft load temperature is still not as high as the silicon brick.
3, slag resistance; High aluminum bricks have more aluminum oxide, close to neutral refractory materials, which can resist the erosion of acidic slag and alkaline slag, because of the presence of silica, so the ability to resist alkaline slag is weaker than the ability to resist acid slag
4, chemical attack resistance: high aluminum refractory products resist acid or alkaline slag, metal erosion and oxidation, reduction reaction are very good, and with the increase of aluminum oxide content, the reduction of impurities and strengthen.

High aluminum brick is mainly used for laying blast furnace, hot blast furnace, electric furnace top, blast furnace, reverberation furnace, rotary kiln lining, in addition, high aluminum brick is also suitable for use as open furnace regenerator cell lattice brick, pouring system plug, water nozzle and so on.
