The characteristics of ceramic fiber blanket :
1. Ceramic fiber blanket is formed by double-sided needling process of special aluminum silicate ceramic fiber filament. After double-sided needling process, the degree of interweaving, anti-delamination, tensile strength and surface flatness of the fiber are greatly improved. The fiber blanket does not contain any organic binder to ensure that the ceramic fiber blanket has good manufacturability and stability under high and low temperature conditions.
2, white color, regular size, set fire, heat insulation, heat preservation in one. Does not contain any bond. It can maintain good tensile strength, toughness and fiber structure when used for a long time in a neutral and oxidizing atmosphere. The temperature is 950-1400ºC.
