Good Thermal Shock Resistance Dense Zircon Block Refractory Brick
The Description:
Zirconia 67.23%, silicon oxide 32.77%. Tetragonal, usually quadrangular. Mohs hardness 7.5, 20 ~ 1000ºC expansion coefficient of 4.2×10-6/ºC. Melting point 2430ºC. Bulk density 3.60 ~ 4.3g/cm3. The apparent porosity is 0% ~ 18%. Softening temperature under load >1550ºC. It is prepared by semi-dry pressing and calcination at 1600ºC. It is mainly used for lining steel drums and sizing water orifice for continuous steel injection.
