The description:
Ramming material refers to the amorphous refractory material constructed by ramming (manual or mechanical) method and hardened under heating at higher than normal temperature. It is made by mixing refractory aggregate, powder, binder, admixture with water or other liquid with certain gradation. According to the material classification are high aluminum, clay, magnesium, dolomite, zirconium and silicon carbide - carbon refractory ramming material.

SiC Ramming Mix for Ling of Trough of Blast Furnace AL2O3-SiC-C Material G for blast furnace,C for trough,D for ramming material and 65 for Al2O3 content.It is mainly used in the linings of trough of blast furnace with single trough(volume less than 1000m3).with ramming installation,it can be dried fast.The material containing calcium oxide is characterized by good erosion resistance and thermal shock resistance.GCD-50 AND GCD-45 are used as linings of trough of blast furnace with volume less than 600m3.
