The Description:
The furnace and the furnace wall are in direct contact with the high-temperature fuel, so it is necessary to use a refractory castable with high refractoriness, wear resistance, slag resistance and good thermal stability. High aluminum refractory castable or aluminate refractory castable is recommended, which can effectively protect the furnace and furnace wall against high temperature and fuel erosion.
Refractory castables in the return cover and separator parts need to have high wear resistance and chemical erosion resistance. In these parts, phosphate-bound refractory castables with superior wear and corrosion resistance can be used.
The parts of economizer need refractory castables with good thermal stability, abrasion resistance and chemical erosion resistance. High aluminum refractory castable or aluminate refractory castable is recommended to provide effective protection at the economizer site.
Tail flue and flue gas treatment equipment require refractory castables with good corrosion resistance and thermal stability. In these areas, aluminate refractory castable or phosphate bonded refractory castable can be used, which can resist the acid in the flue gas to attack the equipment
The main function of the insulation layer is to reduce heat loss and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler. In the insulation layer, it is recommended to use lightweight refractory castable, which has low thermal conductivity and good insulation performance.
The slag outlet and fly ash outlet parts need refractory castables with high wear resistance, slag resistance and chemical erosion resistance. In these parts, high aluminum refractory castable or low cement refractory castable can be used, which can maintain good stability and protection at high temperatures
Air distribution ducts and mill parts require refractory castables with high wear resistance. In these parts, high aluminum refractory castables with superior wear resistance or high strength wear-resistant refractory castables can be used.
