The Description:
Refractory gunning mix consists of refractory materials with certain particle grading, chemical binders and admixtures, which are used for repairing the inner liners of thermal equipment by spray construction method. It is a main type of jet material.

Spraying Method:
According to the state of the spraying material and the spraying method can be divided into three kinds:

(1) Wet spray repair, generally only thin layer repair.

(2) dry spray repair (also known as semi-dry spray repair), can be used for thicker layer spray repair, the most widely used.

(3) Flame spraying can obtain a dense structure of the spraying layer, high bonding strength, erosion resistance and strong erosion resistance.

According to the state of receiving jet material on the sprayed working surface, it can be divided into:

(1) The molten material injection method is divided into three types: flame injection method, plasma injection method, and slag splashing furnace protection method.

(2) Cold material injection method, divided into five kinds: mud injection method, dry injection method, semi-wet injection method (or tidal injection method), mixed injection method, wet injection method.
