Fireclay brick is made of clay clinker as aggregate and refractory clay as a binder. It is made by high-pressure molding and high-temperature firing. It is a refractory product with a wide range of usage. With good thermal shock resistance and chemical resistance, fireclay bricks are beneficially used as the lining of acid furnaces, and also used in high-temperature furnaces such as blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, glass furnaces, carbon baking furnaces and other thermal kilns.
