The Description:
Refractory mortar is the dry material composition of masonry refractory mud, its chemical composition, chemical erosion resistance, thermal expansion rate and so on should be close to the corresponding properties of masonry refractory products. As a kind of refractory material, refractory mud has better performance on the one hand and is more convenient for construction on the other hand, so it is usually welcomed by some fields. Let's briefly introduce mullite refractory clay. Mullite fire clay is made of mullite fire powder and plasticized clay as binder and plasticizer. At room temperature, the strength is low, and at high temperature, it will form a high strength electrode with ceramic. The particle size of mullite fire mud varies according to the requirements of use, the general limit particle size is less than 1mm, and some are less than 0.5mm or finer.

Application:

Mullite refractory mortar and plasticized clay as binder and plasticizer. At room temperature, the strength is low, at high temperature will form a high strength ceramic office. The size of mullite mortar varies according to the requirements of use. The general limit size is less than 1mm, and some are less than 0.5mm or finer.

Mullite mortar is generally used as the joint material of mullite refractory masonry products, and can also be used as the protective coating of lining body by smearing or spraying method.
