The Description:
If the Al2O3 content is higher than 90%, it is called corundum brick. Due to different resources, national standards are not entirely consistent. For example, European countries stipulate that the lower limit of Al2O3 content for high aluminum refractories is 42%. In China, according to the Al2O3 content in high aluminum bricks is usually divided into three grades: 1 -- Al2O3 content >75%; 2-al2o3 content is 60 ~ 75%; 3 -- Al2O3 content is 48 ~ 60%

High load soft, low creep high alumina brick [1] is a high-grade refractory made of super alumina, fused corundum and fused mullite as the main raw materials. The product has the advantages of low creep at high temperature, strong erosion resistance, good thermal shock stability, etc., suitable for large and medium-sized hot blast furnaces, it opens up the next successful road for the localization of high-quality and high-grade imported refractory materials required for new hot blast furnaces in China, and has been included in the national "Spark Plan" project.
