Product feature:
The wear resistance of firebrick is related to temperature. Some refractory bricks such as high aluminum bricks, it is generally believed that at a certain temperature (such as in the elastic range below 700 ~ 900ºC), the higher the temperature, the lower the wear resistance, it can be considered that when the temperature increases with the increase of the elastic modulus of refractory bricks, the wear resistance is reduced. When the temperature rises and the maximum elastic modulus is reached, the wear resistance increases with the decrease of the elastic modulus. Such as clay bricks at 1200 ~ 1350ºC, wear resistance is even better than normal temperature. When the temperature is further increased to more than 1400 ° C, the wear resistance is reduced because the liquid phase viscosity in the refractory products is sharply reduced. Some refractory bricks such as chrome-containing refractory bricks, as the temperature increases, the wear resistance increases.
