I. Definition of high aluminum brick:
High aluminum brick refers to a neutral refractory material with AL2O3 above 48%. It is made of alumina fine powder and other raw materials with high alumina content by molding and calcination.
2. Characteristics of high aluminum brick:
High alumina brick has the characteristics of high strength, high thermal vibration stability, low creep at high temperature, good slag resistance and so on.
3. Classification of high aluminum bricks:
High aluminum bricks are divided into ordinary high aluminum bricks and low creep high aluminum bricks according to GB/T2988-2012.
Ordinary high aluminum bricks are divided into nine grades according to physical and chemical indexes: LZ-48, LZ-55, LZ-65, LZ-70, LZ-75, LZ-80, LZ-55G, LZ-65G, LZ-75G. L.Z in the grade is aluminum. The Chinese Pinyin letter of the brick, the number is the alumina quality fraction, and the G after it represents the brick for the blast furnace.
Low creep high aluminum bricks are divided into seven grades according to physical and chemical indexes: DRL-155, DRL-150, DRL-145, DRL-140, DRL-135, DRL-130, DRL-127. In the grade, D.R.L is low. Creep. Pinyin letters of aluminum with numbers 1/10 of the creep rate test temperature.
4. Application of high aluminum brick:
High aluminum bricks are widely used in the lining of masonry electric steelmaking furnaces, glass furnaces, cement rotary kilns, etc. Medium blast furnace and hot blast furnace are widely used
