Zirconium brick, zirconia brick, is made of zirconia refractory brick, related products are: zircon stone brick, zirconium corundum brick, zirconium mullite brick, zirconia hollow ball brick and so on.
Zirconia brick is a refractory product with zirconia as the main raw material. The main manufacturing methods are sintering method and melting casting method. There are three crystal forms of zirconia: monoclinic, tetragonal and cubic. When zirconia is heated to about 1100 ° C, crystal transformation will occur, from monoclinic type to tetragonal type, accompanied by 7% volume contraction, and vice versa. Tetragonal zirconia will appear cubic crystal form above 2300ºC. The densities of the three crystal types are 5.68g/cm3(monoclinic), 6.10g/cm3(tetragonal) and 6.27g/cm3(cubic), respectively.

Zirconia has high melting point, high temperature structure strength and resistance to acid and alkali attack.
Zirconium dioxide (chemical formula: ZrO2) is the main oxide of zirconium, usually white odorless, tasteless crystals, insoluble in water, hydrochloric acid and dilute sulfuric acid. It usually contains a small amount of hafnium dioxide. Its chemical properties are not active, and it has the properties of high melting point, high resistivity, high refractive index and low thermal expansion coefficient, which makes it an important high-temperature resistant material, ceramic insulation material and ceramic sunshade, and is also the main raw material for artificial drilling.
Compact zirconia brick
The technical index of the isostatic pressing method is ZrO2>65%, the apparent porosity <2.0%, the bulk density of about 4.25g/cm3, and the erosion occurs when the temperature of E glass is over 1370ºC. It is used in the bottom of the melting part of the E glass unit kiln where the temperature of the glass liquid is slightly lower, the bottom of the transition path, the forming path, the flow tank of the forming path and the supporting brick of the leakage plate. In addition, compact zirconium bricks are also used as backing bricks for compact chromium bricks.
International commonly used brands are ZS-1300, ZS-1500, ZS-835 and ZS-78 produced by CORHART Company in the United States, ZS65WA produced by VGT-DYKO Company in Germany, and UC-Z, UC-CZ, UC-CZB produced by Shinagawa Co., LTD in Japan.
Our total annual production capacity is about 100,000 tons of dense-shaped refractory product, and 100,000 tons of monolithic refractory product.
We have three tunnel kilns for silicon-aluminum dense bricks and one new plant for the monolithic refractory.
We're sure our custom-made products and professional services will bring you a stable quality supply and more profit.
