Chrome corundum bricks used in petrochemical industry gasifiers should be low silicon, low iron, low alkali, high purity, but also have a high density and strength. The content of Cr2O3 is mostly in the range of 9% ~ 15% for chrome corundum bricks used more frequently. Chrome oxide brick product features:
1, high density, uniform surface and inner layer organization, low porosity, high strength, high temperature wear resistance.
2. Good cold and heat resistance. In the area close to the outlet door and the side opening of the end door, although the temperature changes frequently due to the frequent opening of the furnace door, there is no cracking phenomenon in the outlet groove brick so far.
3, good slag resistance. The iron oxide sheet is not bonded with the steel groove brick, and part of the slag is taken out with the billet, which can reduce the number of slag cleaning in the production process and reduce the labor intensity during the slag cleaning.
4, some products can still be turned over when repairing the furnace, which can reduce maintenance costs.
5, the steel groove brick has no pouring riser, the outline size is accurate, the surface of the steel groove after masonry is smooth, and the construction can be processed according to needs.
