The Description:
Pure calcium aluminate cement ca-70,ca-75, ca-80 is made of high purity calcium and al2o3 as raw materials, prepared according to a certain proportion of raw materials, burned in the rotary kiln to partial melting, cooling and then add the right amount of α-al2o3 powder ground. The al2o3 content is 68-72%, and the mineral composition is calcium aluminate, calcium aluminate and other minerals. It is characterized by good early strength, high middle temperature strength, refractoriness greater than 1650ºC, high load softening temperature, high high temperature strength, good slag erosion resistance. At the same time, because of its high purity and low impurity content, it has a strong ability to resist the erosion of co, h2, ch4 and other reducing media.
