The Description:
Fused brick refers to a white solid formed with pure aluminum oxide powder (Al2O3) zirconia (ZrO2) 65% and silica (SiO2) 34% zirconia sand, which is melted and internalized in an electric melting furnace and injected into the model for cooling. Its rock phase structure is composed of the eutectoid and glass phase of corundum and zirconium clinite. Physiologically speaking, it is an eutectoid of the corundum phase and the zirconite phase, and the glass phase is filled between their crystals.

Product feature:
Fused zirconium corundum brick refers to the use of industrial alumina powder and selected zircon sand as raw materials, made of ZrO2 content of 33%~45% refractory products. Fused zirconium corundum brick is mainly used in glass industry tank kiln, glass electric kiln, slide in steel industry, bubble alkali industry kiln and other kiln refractory materials with high temperature and erosion resistance.
The mixed raw materials are melted at high temperature by melting method and then cast into a certain shape refractory product. The fused cast brick has strong resistance to slag and erosion of glass liquid. It is mainly used in melting pools in glass melting kilns where erosion and erosion are the most serious.
