First, refractoriness: with the increase of alumina content, the refractoriness of clay bricks also increases.
Second, load softening point: the load softening starting temperature of clay brick is about 1350ºC, the reason is that the brick contains glass phase, resulting in low load softening point temperature. The higher the aluminum content, the higher the softening point temperature will be correspondingly.
Third, volume stability: the use of clay bricks can not exceed the firing temperature, otherwise it will make the volume shrink, so that the masonry brick joints increase. The reburning line of clay bricks changes, and the manufacture of clay refractory materials takes soft clay as the binder. Due to the incomplete mineralization of the binder and clinker during the firing process, the long-term use of clay bricks at high temperatures will produce irreversible volume shrinkage due to recrystallization. This phenomenon is called reburning line change, and the residual shrinkage rate of clay brick materials is not more than 1%.
Fourth, thermal stability: the thermal stability of clay bricks is good, because the brick contains mullite, the expansion coefficient is small. In addition, the brick contains the glass phase, which plays a buffer role, so that the stress can not be developed. It can withstand water cooling 10 times at 850 ° C.
Fifth, slag resistance: clay bricks contain a certain amount of SiO2, which is a weakly acidic refractory material, which can resist the erosion of acidic slag and has poor resistance to alkaline.
Company File and main products:
Our total annual production capacity is about 100,000 tons of dense-shaped refractory product, and 100,000 tons of monolithic refractory product.
We have three tunnel kilns for silicon-aluminum dense bricks and one new plant for the monolithic refractory.
We're sure our custom-made products and professional services will bring you a stable quality supply and more profit.
