The Description:
No-Cement fire castable refractory material that does not contain cement by adding superfine powder or sol to produce condensate bond is called cementless fire castable. Different from cementless refractory castable, cementless refractory castable is a castable that does not contain cement and relies on the addition of a chemical bond to produce a bond (also known as a chemical bond castable). - Cementless refractory castables are composed of refractory aggregates and powders, binders and admixtures. It is prepared with the same chemical composition of the main material (guide) of the castable material oxide or synthetic compound ultrafine powder, or oxide deep glue as a bond, and then add a trace of defogging agent (or deflocculating agent) and an appropriate amount of delayed hardener. With this kind of ultrafine powder or sol as a binder, the impurity content is low, so it does not reduce the shape of the castable and the corrosion resistance, and in use can produce self-bonding, improve the strength of high temperature structure, cement-free refractory castable varieties are aluminum silicate, corundum, mullite, magnesium, aluminum magnesium and Al2O3-SiC-C Quality, its performance has its own characteristics, so the application range and application parts are also different.
