The Description:
JM28 mullite poly light brick is a high alumina refractory material with mullite (3Al2O3·2SiO2) as the main crystalline phase. In addition to mullite, the lower alumina content also contains a small amount of glass phase and cristobalite; Higher alumina content also contains a small amount of corundum. Generally, the alumina content is between 65% and 75%. Mullite insulation brick can be directly used in high-temperature kiln lining, has been widely used in shuttle kiln, roller kiln, glass and petrochemical kiln lining.

Mullite poly brick has the following characteristics:
1, Mullite insulation brick hot state high compressive strength;
2, low thermal conductivity, with good thermal insulation effect;
3, low impurity content with very low iron box alkali metal oxide content, therefore, high refractoriness; High aluminum content makes it maintain good performance in reducing atmosphere.
4, Mullite insulation brick low heat melt, due to low thermal conductivity, Mullite series light heat insulation brick accumulates little heat energy, energy saving effect is obvious in intermittent operation;
5, the appearance of size, speed up the masonry speed, reduce the use of refractory mud, to ensure the strength and stability of the masonry, thus extending the life of the lining.
