Description:
Incinerator clay brick is a kind of ordinary refractory, is a kind of neutral acidic brick, the aluminum content of its products is generally 45-55%, the silicon content is about 40%, is a kind of high temperature resistance, high strength, erosion resistance of the shaped refractory, the production process is not too complex, China's clay brick Al2O3 content is generally more than 40%,Fe2O. 3 Content is less than 2.0 ~ 2.5%. The clinker is 65 ~ 85% and the combined clay is 35 ~ 15%. The pulverized bonded clay is mixed with the fine clinker, and then the granular clinker is prepared into semi-dry mud, which is formed under high pressure and fired at about 1400ºC.
