The Desription:
The preparation of corundum fire mud is mainly the use of 0.5~0.63mm and more fine sintered corundum clinker or fused corundum, with 5~7μm fused corundum or less than 5μm industrial alumina as bonding agent, in order to ensure the shrinkage size of the fire mud in the air and firing, the dosage of industrial alumina should not exceed 15% ~20%. The content of fused corundum ultrafine powder should reach 40% ~ 50%. The introduction of positive phosphoric acid (density 1.72g/cm3) was 10% in the fire mud and 15% in the paint.
In order to make the moisture uniformity of corundum refractory mud and keep the moisture difference at the level of 2.5%, some dust should be removed and CaCl2 2.5% should be introduced. In this way, the moisture of the mud increases to 24% ~ 27%, and the cohesion strength of the fire mud and the jade refractory does not decrease, and the shear bond strength after 1000ºC is equal to 1.4-2.0mpa, and after 1500ºC to 10MPa
