The Description:

Phosphate-bonded high aluminum bricks are made of dense super grade or first grade high bauxite clinker as the main raw material, phosphoric acid solution or aluminum phosphate solution as the bonding agent, after semi-dry volume press molding, heat treatment at 400~600ºC to make chemically bonded refractory products. According to the technology of Zhengzhou Zhengold Factory, phosphate-bonded high-aluminum bricks belong to no-burning bricks. In order to avoid large shrinkage of products in the process of high temperature use, it is generally necessary to introduce heating expansion raw materials, such as kyanite, sillimanite, pyrophyllite, silica and so on

Phosphate-bonded high-aluminum brick has good thermal stability, no shrinkage and expansion, and better thermal strength than ordinary high-aluminum brick in transition zone before 1200ºC, with higher wear resistance, so it is suitable for cement kiln transition zone and cooling belt lining material.
Phosphate-bonded high aluminum refractory brick has accurate specifications and dimensions, high softening temperature under load, high compressive strength, good thermal shock stability, wear resistance and resistance to spalling. It has the characteristics of stable performance, short construction period and energy saving.
