The Description:
Silica is the main component of silica fire mud, the higher the fire mud refractoriness. The addition of waste silicon brick can improve the high-temperature bonding performance of fire mud and silicon brick, because silicon brick powder has a similar thermal expansion curve to silicon brick, and when the quartz crystal conversion volume changes, the fire mud is less likely to leave the silicon brick, and the ability to adhere to the silicon brick is good. Adding raw clay to silica fire mud can increase plasticity, reduce air permeability and water loss rate, but the amount of addition should not be too large, otherwise it will reduce the refractoriness of silica fire mud, increase the shrinkage rate, generally not more than 15% to 20% is appropriate. Not less than 50% less than 0.074mm
