Product feature:
The thermal vibration resistance of clay bricks is good, and the fluctuation range is large, generally greater than 10 times (1100ºC water cooling), which is related to the linear expansion coefficient of clay products is not too large (the average linear expansion coefficient between 201300ºC is 4.5×10-65.8×10-6/ºC), no polycrystalline transformation phenomenon and obvious granular structure. Therefore, clay bricks are often used as pool bottom bricks in glass kilns.
Clay products are weakly acidic refractory products, and their acidity is enhanced with the increase of SiO2 content. It has certain erosion resistance to acidity, but poor resistance to alkaline erosion. Therefore, clay products are suitable for use as refractory materials for acid kilns. The large clay refractory brick for glass kiln refers to the clay refractory brick with a single weight of not less than 50kg used for laying glass kiln. The metallurgical industry standard (YB/ T5106-1993) divides clay refractory bricks into eight grades, N-1, N-2a, N-2b, N-3a, N-3b, N-4, N-5, N-6, according to physical and chemical indexes
