The Description:
High aluminum half sheet is high bauxite clinker as the main raw material, soft clay and waste pulp paper liquid as the binder, the ratio of multistage particles of mortar, by high pressure molding, drying, high temperature firing, Al2O3 content of more than 65% neutral refractory material. According to the Al2O3 content, high-aluminum bricks can be divided into four grades: super high-aluminum bricks, first-grade high-aluminum bricks, second-grade high-aluminum bricks and third-grade high-aluminum bricks. Super high aluminum brick is Al2O3 not less than 80%, the first high aluminum brick is Al2O3 not less than 75%, the second high aluminum brick is Al2O3 not less than 65%, the third high aluminum brick is Al2O3 not less than 55%.
Product specifications: The size of the high aluminum half piece is 230*114*32.5mm, the size of the two pieces is 230*114*20mm, the size of the three pieces is 230*114*30mm, and the size of the four pieces is 230*114*40mm. High aluminum half strip size: 230*57*65mm, seven inch head size: 172*114*65mm.

Product features:
1, high fire resistance. The refractoriness of high aluminum bricks is higher than that of clay bricks and semi-silicon bricks, up to 1750-1790 degrees.
2, load softening temperature. Because Al2O3 in high aluminum products is high, less impurity, and less fusible glass body is formed, the load softening temperature is higher than that of clay bricks, and the load softening temperature of high aluminum products is generally above 1420-1550 degrees. However, because the mullite crystals did not form a network structure, the load softening temperature is still not as high as the silicon brick.
3, slag resistance. Al2O3 in high aluminum bricks is much, close to neutral refractory material, can resist acid slag and alkaline slag erosion, because it contains SiO2, so the ability of alkali slag resistance is weaker than the ability of acid slag resistance.
4, chemical erosion resistance. High aluminum refractory products have good resistance to acid or alkaline slag and liquid metal erosion, oxidation and reduction, and are enhanced with the increase of the content of Al2O3 and the decrease of harmful impurities.
