The Description:
Low porosity clay bricks are made of raw materials: The three raw materials of dead burning clay, dead burning bonded clay and Henan white coke gem are broken into 5-3mm, 3-1mm, and ≤0.088mm respectively. With other 6 additives, six kinds of mud are made into particles, binder, fine powder, and even. After being mixed into 260T friction pressed bricks, the standard brick is molded into brick blanks and hit 6-8 times. In the drying kiln at 110°C for 16h, the moisture of the brick is <1%, such as tunnel kiln firing.
With the continuous development of smelting technology, the demand for refractory bricks for iron water tanks is getting higher and higher, and China's steel water tanks use general clay bricks, whose furnace age is not high, and the demolition of the tank is frequently time-consuming and laborious, so the research and development of low-porosity clay bricks has become the mainstream resistant material products.
There are many kinds and specifications of low porosity clay bricks, mainly three low porosity clay bricks (DDD), low porosity clay bricks (DN-12, DN-15) and ordinary clay bricks (N-1, N-2a), which can be widely used in glass kiln, blast furnace, hot blast furnace, cement kiln, chemical kiln and other thermal equipment.
