The Description:
Clay bricks, also known as sintered bricks, are man-made small blocks used in construction. Clay bricks take clay (including shale, coal gangue and other powder) as the main raw material, and are made by mud treatment, molding, drying and roasting, with solid and hollow respectively.

Checker brick is widely recognized and accepted by the world iron making industry at present, a kind of heat storage body with strong heat exchange ability, large heat storage area, smooth ventilation, low resistance and many other excellent types of lattice brick. Lattice bricks are a kind of heat transfer medium, used in the regenerator of blast furnace hot blast furnace, usually orderly arranged in the regenerator, in the "furnace period" to play the role of heat storage, in the "air supply period" by convection heat exchange and radiation heat exchange, heating the cold air into hot air.

The Feature:
High aluminum grate brick has the characteristics of good thermal shock stability, high softening temperature under load, strong resistance to chemical erosion, good heat shock resistance, etc. It can be used in various regenerative combustion systems with honeycomb ceramic heat accumulator, used in the front end of the regenerative industrial furnace to block fire and protect the regenerative body, and extend the service life of the regenerative body. The use of grate bricks in the front of the burner of the regenerator in industrial furnaces can not only reduce the radiation effect of high temperature furnace gas on the front regenerator, but also resist the erosion of the front regenerator by part of the oxide sheet. If the brick is improperly designed or installed, it is easy to cause the secondary combustion of high-temperature flue gas in the heat storage room, which not only leads to the brick easy to burn and short life, but also leads to the heat storage honeycomb body easy to break, collapse, melting, softening and other problems, which has a negative effect on the energy-saving effect and safe and stable operation of the entire regenerative combustion system.
