The Definition:
Clay brick is made of clay (including shale, coal gangue and other powder) as the main raw material, through mud treatment, molding, drying and roasting.
The Al2O3 content of clay bricks is generally more than 40%, and the Fe2O3 content is less than 2.0 ~ 2.5%. The clinker is 65 ~ 85% and the combined clay is 35 ~ 15%. The pulverized bonded clay is mixed with the fine clinker, and then the granular clinker is prepared into semi-dry mud, which is formed under high pressure and fired at about 1400ºC. Clay brick is weakly acidic at high temperature, and its ability to resist alkaline slag erosion is slightly poor, but it is enhanced with the increase of Al2O3 content.
