The Description:

Due to the strict refractoriness requirements of steelmaking, the aluminum content of special ladle high aluminum bricks used for ladle walls is more than that of other high aluminum bricks.
Special high aluminum brick for ladle wall is made of special high bauxite clinker as raw material, according to a certain ratio of high pressure molding made of fired products, products have strong resistance to spalling, and have resistance to potassium, sodium, sulfur, and salt erosion, low thermal conductivity and other properties, is the ideal material for cement kiln transition zone and decomposition zone, the product is characterized by good heat resistance and shock resistance. The Character:
(1) Refractoriness:
The refractoriness of high alumina brick is higher than that of clay brick and semi-silicon brick, up to 17501790ºC, which belongs to senior refractory materials. The refractoriness is mainly affected by the Al2O3 content and the type and quantity, and the refractoriness is improved with the increase of the Al2O3 content.
(2) Refractoriness under load
Because of high Al2O3 in high aluminum products, less impurity mass, the formation of less fusible glass, so the load softening temperature is higher than clay brick, but because mullite crystals did not form a network organization, so the load softening temperature is still not high silicon brick.
(3) Thermal conductivity
High alumina brick has better thermal conductivity than clay brick. The reason is that there are fewer glass with very low thermal conductivity in high aluminum products, and the number of mullite and corydalite crystals with good thermal conductivity increases, which improves the thermal conductivity of products.
(4) Thermal shock resistance stability
The thermal shock resistance of high alumina brick is between clay and silicon products. 850ºC water cooling cycle is only 35 times. This is mainly due to the fact that the thermal expansion of corundum is higher than that of mullite and there is no crystal transformation. At present, the thermal shock stability of products can be improved by improving the particle structure of products, reducing the content of fine powder and increasing the critical particle size and particle composition of clinker.
